A note about usability testing

Design reviews like these are no substitute for direct user observation through usability testing. I've conducted hundreds of hours of usabilty testing and woud be more than happy to help you set up your own usabilty testing practice or connect you with someone who can do this work for you.

A note about accessiblity

Accessibility is a deep topic, with a lot of specialized knowledge required to be able to advise on how to create a truly accessible experience. I can only take you so far on that journey and I highly recommend reaching out to a specialized company or practitioner that has devoted more time learning the subject. I'd be happy to make a connection to anyone interested in diving deep on accessibility.
